烟酸乙酯催化加氢合成3-哌啶酸乙酯
Synthesis of Ethyl Nipecotate from Hydrogenation of Ethyl Nicotinate
【摘要】 以PdC为催化剂对烟酸乙酯进行加氢合成3哌啶酸乙酯,结果表明,在高压釜中,以10%PdC为催化剂、醋酸为溶液反应12h收率可在70%以上。采用气相色谱质谱联用对该反应机理进行了研究,确定了反应的主要影响因素,该反应适宜的溶剂为非极性惰性溶剂。
【Abstract】 Ethyl nipecotate is prepared from ethyl nicotinate by hydrogenation in presence of Pd/C catalyst.The yield of ethyl nipecotate is above 70% after 12 h reaction in autoclave when acetic acid is used as solvent and 10% Pd/C catalyst is added.The synthesized products are analysed by combined means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The main effect of the reaction is identified and nonpolar solvent is appropriate for the reaction.
