双丙酮丙烯酰胺的合成
Synthesis of Diacetone Acrylamide
【摘要】 本文探索了一条合成DIAC的新路线:采用二丙酮醇和丙烯腈在浓硫酸作催化剂的条件下合成DIAC,讨论了反应温度、反应时间和溶剂等对产率的影响,给出了DIAC的最佳合成条件。在适宜的条件下产品收率为48%,纯度为99 83%,熔点为55 5℃~56℃。通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。
【Abstract】 A new synthesis route of diacetone acrylamide(DIAC) was introduced.Diacetone acrylamide was prepared by reacting diacetone alcohol with acrylonitrile using 98% sulfuric acid as catalyst.Influence of reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent on yield of reaction was considered and optimum reaction condition was obtained.DIAC was obtained with purity of 99.83% and melting point of 55.5—56.0 ℃.The yield of DIAC was 48% base on diacetone alcohol.The final product was identified by IR.
