【Abstract】 The design conception, process and catalyst packing of NJ φ1 200 mm adiabatic cold quenching inner parts of combining methanol tower are described. The applying results show that the tower has fewer heat-exchanging pipes, proper structure, and good effect of self heating. The catalyst basket has large effective capacity and the catalyst can be packed uniformly and densely, reduced thoroughly and used high-efficiencily.更多还原
