木薯淀粉/VAc-MA接枝共聚物的合成研究
Study on the synthesis of graft copolymerization of vinyl acetate and methyl acrylate onto cassava starch
【摘要】 通过正交试验设计,研究醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸甲酯两种单体接枝改性木薯淀粉的影响因素。利用SAS统计分析得出适宜的工艺条件:引发剂浓度16mmol.L-1,总单体浓度1.45mol.L-1,两单体配比(VAc/MA)为30/70,反应温度65℃,反应时间5h。采用红外光谱对该接枝共聚物结构进行了分析。
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the regularities of graft copolymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc) and methyl acrylate(MA) onto cassava starch with ammonium persulfate as initiator.The effect was analyzed by using the statistical anlysis of orthogonal experiment.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the concentrations of APS and monomers are 16mmol·L-1 and 1.45mol·L-1 respectivly,the mass ratio of VAc to MA is 30:70,the temperature of reaction is 65℃,the time of reaction is 5 hours.The structural analysis of graft copolymer was determined by IR.
