【Abstract】 A method for preparation of geniposidic acid by Preparation Chromatography was established in this article.The crude extract was obtained after plant was extracted with water and the extract was purified by silica gel column.Then flash preparation liquid chromatography was used to isolate GPA according to the chromatogram.The structure was identified by HPLC-PDA and LC-MS.This method was sample,fast and low cost.更多还原
