【摘要】 建立了HPLC测定酒石酸唑吡坦及其片剂含量的方法。以盐酸阿夫唑嗪为内标,采用C18柱,乙腈-甲醇-0.05mol·L-1的磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至5.2)(18:22:60)作流动相,检测波长254nm。结果表明:酒石酸唑吡坦在25～250μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好的线形关系。回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.0%,N=9。实验证明:该法准确、简便,适合酒石酸唑吡坦和酒石酸唑吡坦片的含量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Established a internal standard HPLC method for the determination of the content of zopidem tartrate and it’s tablets. Alfuzosin hydrochloride was used as internal standard, the Alltima-CN column was used with acelonitrile-methanol-0.05mol·L -1 H3PO4(Using triethylamine to adjusted pH to 5.2) (18:22:60) as mobile phase, detected at a wavelength of 254nm.The results showed that zopidem tartrate was showed good linearity in the concentration of 25～250μg·mL -1 , the average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 1.0%.The method accurate, simple. It’s suitable for analysis of the content of zopidem tartrate and it′s tablets.更多还原
