霉菌菌丝球吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的研究

【摘要】 从农药厂土壤、稻田土壤、活性污泥中分离得到霉菌2 0株,检测其对重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.其中从农药厂土壤中分离得到一株霉菌HM6对Cr(Ⅵ)离子吸附能力最强。以HM6液体培养72h得到的菌丝球作为吸附剂吸附Cr(Ⅵ) ,当Cr(Ⅵ)的初始浓度为5 0~15 0mg·L-1,pH值为1~2 ,温度在2 0~4 0℃,菌体投加量为2g(干重)·L-1时,吸附2h ,吸附量、去除率可分别达18.5mg·g-1和37%以上。其中水体pH值是影响其吸附作用的最主要因素。

【Abstract】 20 stubs of mould were separated from the soil of insecticide factory, soil of paddy field and activated sludge, their adsorption performance for heavy metal ion Cr (Ⅵ) was measured. The mould HM6 which was separated from the soil of insecticide factory has the best activity of adsorbing Cr (Ⅵ). Then it was developed for 72h and was used as adsorbent of Cr (Ⅵ) in water body- the Cr (Ⅵ) initial concentration is 50~150 mg·L -1 , the pH is 1~2, added amount of the mould is 2g (dry weight)·L -1 and absorption time is 2h at 20~40 ℃-its adsorptive capacity and the removing rate is 18.5mg·g -1 and 37% respectively; the pH of water body is a critical factor affecting the adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ).
