【Abstract】 To establish HPLC method for determination of terbinafine hydrochloride in terbinafine-hydrochloride cream. The C 18 column(150×4.6mm,5μm) was used with a mobile of methand-ammonium acetate(0.05mol.L -1,acetic acid regulation pH=6.0)=8∶2.The flow rate was 1.00mL·min -1.The detection wavelength was 283nm.Conclusion that the method was suitable for assay of terbinafine-hydrochloride in terbinafine-hydrochloride Cream.更多还原
