【Abstract】 The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement for the content of monosodium glutamate of chicken essence seasoning were discussed and modeled by mathematical expression. The components of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed and calculated. The expanded uncertainty of measurment result of monosodium glutamate is 0.34%( k =2), when the content of monosodium glutamate in chicken essence seasoning is 49.15%.更多还原
