喷墨头图像检测系统研究

【摘要】 描述了喷头检测技术的现状,设计基于图像处理技术的喷头检测系统。在摄像机固定,墨点运动场合中,通过计算机自动控制CCD摄像头,可视化喷头墨点喷出的运动过程和形态,同时利用图像采集卡连续抓拍图像感知墨点的分布、形状、运动等,经过图像处理后对对影响喷头的主要因素进行定量或定性检测。与传统的喷头检测技术相比,既解放劳动力,排除人的主观因素干扰,又能快速而准确地进行定量检测喷头,给出喷头性能的评价,以便用户更好地选择喷头组合。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we apply image processing analysis to jet and droplet visualization detection.Compared with traditional jet and droplet detection. Compared with technology of inland and overseas jet detections, jet detection method based on the image makes up the lack of them. On the condition of the immobile vidicon and mobile droplet, we use computer control CCD and observe the movement of the droplet along with collection of the droplet image sequences in order to image recognition and analysis. It is necessary to detect the jet because users can choose the best jet configurations and the most suitable ink. In this dissertation, applying image process to jet detection. It can not only get rid of all kinds of interferential factors and decrease the press of the workers but also achieve new method to detect jet quickly and accurately.
