聚品红修饰玻碳的电化学性质及对抗坏血酸的测定
Electrochemical behavior of poly fuchsine modified glass carbon electrode and its application to the determination of ascorbic acid
【摘要】 研究了品红(FB)聚合膜修饰玻碳电极的制备及其电化学性质,并用于抗坏血酸(AA)的测定。在 pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,AA 在聚品红修饰玻碳电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与 AA 的浓度在3.0×10-5~8.7×10-3mol/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为 1.0×10-5mol/L。该电极重现性良好,用于维生素 C 片中 AA 的测定,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of poly fuchsine modified glass carbon electrode were investigated.The electrode was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid.In PBS buffer of pH 7.0,a sensitive ox- idation peak was observed.The current is proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 3.0×10-5~ 8.7×10-3 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0×10-5 mol/L.The modified electrode has good repeatability. It has been applied to the quantitative determination of aseorbic acid in tablet.
