锐钛矿相TiO2纳米晶制备与相成因研究
Preparation of Anatase TiO2 Nanocrystalline and Research on Origion of Phase
【摘要】 采用TiCl4的乙醇溶液作为前驱体,制备了TiO2纳米晶.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、差热-热重同步分析(DTA-TGA)等方法研究了纳米晶的相组成、晶型及粒径(A:4nm-10nm).通过控制实验条件,可以得到单一的锐钛矿相TiO2纳米晶。研究发现,随着热处理温度的升高,纳米晶粒子的晶格畸变率变小,表明纳米晶的晶型变好;在400℃以下,纳米晶粒子增长速度比较慢,源于焙烧所提供的能量首先消耗在结构弛豫上。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanocrystalline were prepared by using TiCl4 ethanol solution as precursor and investigated by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. Pure anatase can be obtained without being sintered by controlling experimental conditions. The results have shown that the size of anatase ranges from 4 to 10 nm; the lattice distortion is reduced with the increasing temperature, which means the crystalline type becomes better; Below 400 ℃ , the size growing of the nanocrystalline is very slow because the energy is consumed by the structural relaxation.
