激光熔覆涂层的界面组织和冲击载荷作用下的性能
Microstructure and properties of the interface coated by laser under shock load
【摘要】 45钢及r18Ni9Ti表面采用激光熔覆 WFCL- 11 涂层, 研究了该涂层与基体界面及表面显微组织和硬度, 分析了在冲击载荷作用下, 显微组织、结合性能、硬度变化等特点. 研究了不同基材与熔覆材料对结合面性能的影响.
【Abstract】 The surfaces of 45 steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti are coated with WFCL-11 of laser cladding. Microstructure and hardness of interfaces and surfaces are investigated, and the microstracture, bonding properties and hardness under shock load are also analyzed. The effects of different base and laser cladding materials the interface properties are also studied.
