【Abstract】 The technology of extracting polysaccharide in Enteromorpha interspinlis with cellulosase was studied. By single factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum extracting conditions were that by adding 8% of cellulosase the extracting time was 2.5 h with temperature at 50℃ and pH 5.0.
