【Abstract】 During the last more than 100 years since the 20th century, the third science and technology innovation gave a great impact on the computer technology and the prevalence of network technology, which changed our society greatly as well as our life style. All of these produce tremendous impact on economy, and bring about a series of changes on economic structure, employment orientation, international economic and trade form. In the meantime, the economic development brings up higher requirement to the computer network technology.
