舆论监督与名誉权保护
On Public Opinion Supervision and the Protection of Right of Reputation
【摘要】 协调舆论监督与名誉权保护的关键在于准确界定新闻侵权责任的构成。新闻侵权责任在主、客观要件及侵权责任主体上均有其特殊性。
【Abstract】 The key to coordinate public opinion supervision and the protection of Right of Reputation lies in the fact to limit precisely the constitution of news infringement responsibility, which has its speciality on the subjective factor, objective factor and its subject.
