【摘要】 价值观是人们对客观事物价值认识和价值评价所持的立场、观点、态度的总和。市场经济条件下秘书人员价值观的构建和发展趋向,直接影响着社会上各级各地领导机关及领导工作的正常运行,直接影响着全社会活动的正常运转。市场经济条件下秘书人员价值观呈现出新变化:价值取向趋于多元化;价值目标趋于多层次化;价值评判趋于多重标准。因此,要对秘书人员加强系统的价值观教育,通过切实有效的途径和方法,使秘书人员养成科学的、健康的价值观,并在全面建设小康社会的进程中,使其成为广大秘书人员奋发向上的精神动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The view of value means all the standpoints,opinions and attitudes that people hold when they understand and evaluate objective thing s.Under market economy the construction of secretaries’ view of value and its d evelopmental trend directly decide whether the work of the leading organizations at all levels and all the social activities can be in good operation or not.The sceretaries’ view of value appears a new change under market economy such as d iversity of value orientation,multi-level of value aim and multi-standard of val ue judgment.So we should give the secretaries a systematic education of view of value and help them form a healthy scientific view of value through practical an d effective measures and approaches,and we hope that such view of value will bec ome the spiritual motive power to make broad masses of secretaries work hard and get progress every day in the process to build a well-off society in an all-rou nd way.更多还原
