【摘要】 “自由与秩序”是中国现代大学制度研究和实践的主要矛盾和主线。中国现代大学制度研究的“自由”思想主要体现在大学政治自由、大学经济自由、大学文化自由三个方面;中国现代大学制度研究的“秩序”思想主要体现在大学政治秩序、大学经济秩序、大学文化秩序三个方面。在实践上,改革开放以来中国现代大学制度的建设是围绕“自由与秩序的张力”展开的。国内关于现代大学制度的研究主要是一种“大学”本位的研究,建议加强“制度”本位的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Freedom and order can be considered as the mainstream and key issues of the researches of Chinese modern university system.While the researches on freedom can be generally sorted into three parts:political freedom,economic freedom and cultural freedom in the universities,the researches on the order can also be sorted into three parts: the political order,the economic order and the cultural order.In effect,since the reforming and opening policies,Chinese modern university system has been developed in terms of both freedom and order.And while the researches on the modern university system are based on the university,they might as well be based on the system.更多还原
