非晶态Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni基钎料性能的研究
Study on the properties of amorphous Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni base filler
【摘要】 利用快速凝固技术制备了Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni基非晶态薄带钎料,厚度为30~40μm,测定了非晶态和相同成分的普晶态钎料的熔化特性。相比之下,非晶态钎料的液相点降低了4.3℃,结晶温度区间缩小近40℃。利用扫描电镜,对普晶态及非晶态钎料金相组织及其在TC4上的扩散性能进行了较为详细的研究,并且测定了TC4钎焊接头的抗拉强度和冲击韧度值。结果表明,当钎料成分相同时,非晶态钎料组织细小密散,熔化温度低,在TC4母材上扩散性能好,接头抗拉强度高、冲击韧度值高,是一种很好的新型钎料。
【Abstract】 Amorphous ribbons of Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni base filler, which are 30~40 μm thick, were produced on rapid solidification equipment. The melting properties of amorphous and conventional cast filler were measured. The results showed that the liquidus temperature was reduced by 4.3 ℃ and the interval of crystallization temperature by about 40 ℃ of amorphous filler. The metallography of amorphous and conventional cast filler and their diffusion properties on TC4 were studied at length. The joint tensile strength and the impact toughness were also measured. Analysis results showed that the amorphous brazing filler had superior properties of finer crystal structure, lower melting point, better diffusion on TC4, higher tensile strength and impact toughness on the joint, so it was a new type of filler with good properties.
