【摘要】 目的提高对原发性肥大性骨关节病的认识。方法报告我院收治的2例原发性肥大性骨关节病的临床表现、实验室检查及X线改变,并复习相关文献。结果2例为同胞两兄妹,自幼即表现为杵状指(趾)、关节肿大、疼痛,X线表现为管状骨对称性的分层状骨膜新骨形成。随访显示症状反复,短期予糖皮质激素、非甾体类抗感染药治疗可控制病情发作。结论本病较为罕见,病因未明,临床特点为杵状指(趾)、脑回样头皮和对称性骨膜增厚,诊断成立尚需排除继发性因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the knowledge of primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (PHOA). Methods The clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, X-ray changes of 2 cases were summarized.The related literature was reviewed. Results The two cases of PHOA were familial with clubbed finger/toe, arthrophyma, arthralgia. The X ray changeswere symmetric new bone formation. Symptoms recurred in following up and could becontrolled by short-term glucocorticoid or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs.Conclusion PHOA is rare and the reason is unknown. Clinical features include clubbedfinger/toe, cutis verticis gyrata, symmetric new bone formation. Secondary factors should beremoved in diagnosis.更多还原
