Al-Li合金快冷制粉过程的热流理论分析
Study on the Thermo-flux Theory of Al-Li Alloys Fast Cooling Powder Process
【摘要】 分析了多级雾化快冷制粉工艺过程,定性描述了各种工艺参数对A l-L i合金粉末制备过程的影响。在建立热传导模型的基础上,对A l-L i合金熔体与流体冷却介质之间界面上的热传导系数进行了理论计算,得出了不同情况下的冷却速度及其与颗粒大小之间的关系。
【Abstract】 The technologic process of multi-stage atomizing fast cooling powdering is analyzed and the effect of technique parameter for the process is described qualitatively.By building thermo-conduction model,the author calculates the thermo-conduction coefficient on the interface between melted object and cooling fluid,and the relationship between cooling velocity and particle size in different conditions.
