【Abstract】 In order to keep the healthy development of stock market and protect the legal rights for the investors,we should reinforce the punishment to the inside trade.During the modification of criminal law in 1997,it’s the first time for our legislative body to use criminal legislation to regulate inside trade to be a crime.There’s great controversy on some specific problems to decide the inside information and chief criminal.The article probes into these problems to some extent.更多还原
