【摘要】 目的观察动眼神经损伤的预后并探讨影响预后的因素。方法观察39例各类动眼神经损伤,分析动眼神经损伤的恢复时限及其预后的影响因素。结果39例病例中33例在4个月内好转或治愈,3例在4~12个月内好转,3例未愈。结论动眼神经损伤绝大多数能在4个月内治愈或好转。动眼神经受压时间和蛛网膜下腔出血是影响预后的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the prognosis of different kinds of oculomotor nerve injuries and to explore factors affecting the prognosis. MethodsThrough clinical observation of 39 cases with different kinds of oculomotor nerve injuries, recovery time and the factors affecting the prognosis were analyzed. Results33 cases were cured of or improved within 4 months.3 cases were improved from 4 to 12 months.3 cases were uncured of. ConclusionMost patients with oculomotor nerve injuries can be cured of or improved within 4 months. The duration of oculomotor nerve compression and subarachnoid hemorrhage were main factors affecting the prognosis.更多还原
