【Abstract】 The electronical information industry is developing at a fast speed in China and is producing some problems as well. It is necessary to find out causes of these problems which are restricting the development of regional electronical information industry.This paper analyzed the general characteristics of the electronical information industry first. It proposed the principles in setting up the evaluation index system in the electronical information industry.
