基于模糊可靠性的EQ1030车身底漆线吊具设计

【摘要】 采用安全因数法和模糊可靠性方法对EQ1030轻型卡车车身底漆线吊具前吊钩进行设计计算,结果表明前吊钩模糊可靠度基本满足现场使用要求并与现场反映的情况相吻合。

【Abstract】 Slings for lifting loads in EQ1030 truck paint line were designed and calculated based on safe factor and fuzzy reliable method.The results show that fuzzy reliability of the cliver is satisfied the actual requirements.
