Cr12MoV钢渗硼层脆性与耐磨性研究
Study of Brittleness and Wear Resistance of Boride Layer to Steel of Cr12MoV
【摘要】 采用粉末渗硼和膏剂渗硼对Cr12MoV钢进行表面改性,利用显微硬度法和划痕法声发射检测并分析了渗硼层表面脆性与敏感脆性,通过磨损试验对渗硼处理试样进行测试,并利用扫描电镜对试样磨损及磨痕形貌进行观察,研究了渗硼层的磨损机理。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢经渗硼处理后,渗硼层具有高硬度,并呈现一定的脆性,渗硼层的脆性属剥落脆性;Cr12MoV钢经渗硼后耐磨性有显著提高,渗硼层的脆性和硬度对耐磨性存在影响。
【Abstract】 Power-pack and paste boronizing are applied to steel of Cr12MoV to obtain the boride layer. The brittleness indentation cracks and wear behavior of boride layer were tested. The morphologies of surface were observed and investigated with SEM. As the result, with steel of Cr12MoV, the boride layers attain high a Vickers hardness and appear as exfoliation. The influence of brittleness and hardness of the boride layer on its wear-resistance was also detected. Compared with un-treated sample, wear-resistance was improved.
