【Abstract】 In March this year,ROK and Japan were atloggerheads over Du Do island (the Japanese call it Bamboo island) and tidal waves of anti- Japanese protestbroke out inside Korea in opposition to repeated occurrences in distorting history and prettifying aggression bythe Japanese. These and other accidents directly gave rise to a drastic change in Korea- Japan relations. ROK isforced to modify its Japan policy. Furthermore,it changes its external strategy,which in turn may possibly alterthe strategic setup in Northeast Asia. The reason behind ROK’s strategic adjustment is rooted in the result of de-velopment in economic,political,cultural factors and state- to- state relations by various countries in NortheastAsian region.更多还原
