相容剂对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯力学性能和形变的影响

【摘要】 制备了不同相容剂含量的玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯, 并对其力学性能和形变进行分析, 初步探讨了机理。结果表明, 作为相容剂, 聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的用量为 1% ~3%较合适。

【Abstract】 The glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene with different compatilizer content were prepared, their mechanical properties and distortion were analyzed, and their mechanism was discussed in the paper. The experimental results showed that 1%~3% by weight polypropylene grafted by maleic anhydride, as compatilizer of glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene, was suitable for the composite.
