【摘要】 目的:探讨中药复康片保护卡马西平(CBZ)所致大鼠肝脏功能与结构损害的作用机制。方法:用CBZ造模,并将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、复康片小剂量组及大剂量组。实验第30天,开始用中药灌胃。实验第90天,断颈处死所有大鼠,检验血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP);取肝脏病理组织进行检查,电镜下观察肝细胞核及其线粒体面积、密度,脂肪滴面积的变化情况。结果:复康片低剂量组与模型对照组相比,大鼠血清中AST显著降低、ALT下降,ALB明显升高、肝细胞脂肪滴的面积明显缩小;中药高剂量组ALB也明显升高。结论:复康片通过降低AST、ALT、ALP,升高ALB,修复细胞核膜结构及线粒体形态,减轻核周水肿,保护肝功能及组织结构,从而减缓CBZ的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the mechanism of action of Kangfu Tablets in resisting the damage of liver function and liver structure caused by carbamazepine. Methods: The modelled rats by Carbamazepine were divided in to the Normal Controlled Group, the Modelled Group, the High-dosed Kangfu Tablets Group and the Low-dosed Kangfu Tablets Group. The rats were given Chinese drug on the 30th day of the experiment. On the 90th day, all the rats were killed to test the contents of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), albumin(ALB), total protein(TP) in the blood serum. The liver pathological tissues were chosen under the electron microscope to observe the change of liver caryon and its mitochondrial area, mitochondrial density, fat drop area. Results: Compared with the Modelled Group and the Controlled Group, the Low-dosed Kangfu Tablets Group had a remarkablely decreased contents of AST and ALT, and an evidently increased ALB content and an obviously decreased fat drop area in the blood serum of rats. The High-dosed Kangfu Tablets Group also had an evidently increased ALB contents. Conclusion: Trough decreasing the contents of AST, ALT and ALP and increaing the contents of ALB, Kangfu Tablets can repair the structure of cell nuclear membrane and mitochondrial figure, relieve the circumnuclear hydroup and protect the liver function and tissue structure, thus to relieve the side effects of CBZ.更多还原
