【摘要】 目的:探讨毒素清颗粒体内、体外的抑菌作用。方法:体外抑菌试验:采用平皿挖沟灌药法,每孔加入0.05ml(5mg)毒素清,培养24h,观察对肺炎链球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的作用。体内抑菌试验:毒素清颗粒1.0g/kg/d、2.0g/kg/d、4.0g/kg/d给小鼠连续灌服5d后,观察对肺炎链球菌(MLD=1亿/ml×10-1)、乙型溶血性链球菌(MLD=4亿/ml)、金黄色葡萄球菌(MLD=5亿/ml)感染小鼠的作用。结果:体外抑菌试验:毒素清颗粒对肺炎链球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌中度敏感。体内抑菌试验:毒素清颗粒对肺炎链球菌(MLD=1亿/ml×10-1)、乙型溶血性链球菌(MLD=4亿/ml)、金黄色葡萄球菌(MLD=5亿/ml)感染小鼠有显著的抗感染作用。结论:毒素清颗粒对肺炎链球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌有一定的抑菌作用。对肺炎链球菌(MLD=1亿/ml×10-1)、乙型溶血性链球菌(MLD=4亿/ml)、金黄色葡萄球菌(MLD=5亿/ml)感染小鼠有显著的抗感染作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the internal and external bacteriostasis of Dusuqing Granule. Methods: For the external bacteriostatic experiment, the plating-digging-perfusion method was taken to put 0.05 ml(5 mg) Dusuqing Granule into each ditch. After twenty-four hours’ cultivation the function of streptococcus pneumoniae(MLD=0.1 billion/ml×10 -1), klebsiella pneumoniae(MLD=0.4 billion/ml), staphylococcus aureus(MLD=0.5 billion/ml) and beta hemobytic streptococcus was observed. For the internal bacteriostatic experiment, the effect of Dusuqing Granule on the rats infected with streptococcus pneumoniae, klebsiella pneumoniae, staphylococcus aureus and beta hemolytic streptococcus was observed after five days’ continuous perfusion of the medicine according to the standards of 1.0 g/kg/d, 2.0 g/kg/d and 4.0 g/kg/d. Results: For the external bacteriostatic experiment, Dusuqing Granule had medium sensitivity to Streptococcus pneumoniae, klebsiella pneumoniae, staphylococcus aureus and beta hemolytic streptococcus. For the internal bacteriostatic experiment, Dusuqing Granule had a remarkable anti-infective effect on streptococcus pneumoniae(MLD=0.1 billion/ml×10 -1), klebsiella pneumoniae(MLD=0.4 billion/ml), staphylococcus aureus(MLD=0.5 billion/ml) and beta hemolytic streptococcus. Conclusion: Dusuqing Granule has a certain bacteriostasis to streptococcus pneumoniae(MLD=0.1 billion/ml), klebsiella pneumoniae(MLD=0.4 billion/ml), straphylococcus aureus(MLD=0.5 billion/ml) and beta hemolytic streptococcus and it also has a remarkable anti-infective effect on streptococcus pneumoniae, klebsiella pneumoniae, staphylococcus aureus and beta hemolytic streptococcus.更多还原
