【摘要】 目的研究桑叶提取液对家兔实验性动脉血栓的影响。方法采用H2O2损伤家兔颈总动脉制造血栓模型,观察桑叶提取液的抗血栓作用。结果桑叶提取液能明显减轻兔血栓重量,增强tPA活性,抑制PAI的活性,使血浆6—keto—PGF1α含量明显升高(P<0.01),明显降低TXB2含量(P<0.05)。结论桑叶提取液有明显的抗动脉血栓形成作用,其作用机制可能与抑制血小板活化、增强纤溶活性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of mori folium extract solution on rabbit’s experimental thrombus.Methods The effects of mori folium extract solution on antithrombosis were investigated in the rabbit thrombus models estblished by damnified the common carotid artery with H₂O₂.Results The mori folium extract solustion could alleviate the weight of thrombus, increase the tPA activity and inhibit the PAI activity, so that the content of 6—keto—PGF_1α was increased significantly （P<0.01） and the content of TXB₂ was rdeuced markedly （P<0.05） in blood plasma.Conclusions Mori folium extract solution holds significant effects on antithrombosis, which may be brought about by inhibiting the activity of platelet and slowing down the process of activating plasminogen into plasmin. 〔更多还原
