【摘要】 目的研究不同采收期的夏枯草果穗中有效成分熊果酸、齐墩果酸的含量动态变化 ,确定其最佳的采收期。方法采用相同种植条件下的不同采收期的夏枯草果穗为样品 ,以乙醚为溶媒水浴回流提取熊果酸和齐墩果酸 ,采用HPLC测定齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。结果夏枯草 5份样品 ,齐墩果酸和熊果酸以 6月2 0日采收的最高 ,分别为 4.45 8‰、1 7.43 0‰。结论栽培夏枯草果穗的最佳采收期在 6月 2 0日前后为佳更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the optimum picking period for Prunella vugaris L.cultivated in a standardized way based on the determination of its main effective components.Methods Cleanolic acid and ursolic acid were taken as the representative indicators of main effective components to evaluate the optimum picking period of Prunella cultivated in the same conditions with different harvesting periods.These two components were extracted by water bathing and reflux procedures in ether as soluent and determined quantitatively by HPLC.Results As determined on the 5 samples of this herb,the contents of total triterpene were the highest in the samples picked on 20th, June, reached the level of 4.458?‰ and 17.430?‰ respectively.Conclusion Prunella vugaris L.should be picked up around 20th, June. 〔更多还原
