【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:治疗组32例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组16例采用西医常规治疗,主要观察两组治疗前后血压、心率、每分输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(EF)及左室舒张末内径(LVDD)的变化情况。结果:两组总有效率比较,P<0.01;两组CO、EF、LVDD比较,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合确为治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect on congestive heart failure treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method: 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine,16 cases in the control group were treated with western routine therapy.The changes of blood pressure,heart rate,CO,EF and LVDD were mainly observed before and after treatment between two groups.Results: The total effective rate,changes of CO,EF and LVDD in the treatment group were significant differences as compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was an effective treatment for congestive heart failure.更多还原
