【摘要】 目的:观察针刺和针药结合对缺血性中风患者SOD、MDA含量的影响。方法:122例急性缺血性中风后期患者随机单盲分为针灸组40例,针灸加药物组34例,药物组48例。20d为1疗程。结果:针刺与针药结合对缺血性脑梗塞中风的有效率达85%以上,与药物组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。针刺和针药结合组与单纯药物组相比能显著提高MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论:针刺和针药结合可能通过提高SOD、MDA含量达到治疗中风之目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and acupuncture combined with medicine for SOD, MDA level of patients. Methods: 122 patients with brain infarction were randomly divided into the acupuncture group (Group A, 40 cases), the acupuncture combined with medicine group (Group B, 34 cases) and the control group (Group C, 48 cases). A course of treatment is 20 days. Results: The effective rate of the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with medicine group is over 85%, there was significant difference in the total effective rate acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with medicine group could increate the levels of SOD and MDA. There was significant difference in the levels of SOD and MDA between the group A and the group C, as well as the group B and the group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the acupuncture group and the acupuncture combined with medicine group could increase increate the levels of SOD and MDA, which may be the one of reasons of getting good effects of treating stroke.更多还原
