【摘要】 目的:比较当归经超微粉碎与普通粉碎后植物细胞显微特征的差异。方法:采用电子显微镜扫描技术和生物显微鉴别方法,观察当归超微粉和普通粉的生物特征。结果:当归普通粉颗粒大小不均,植物细胞完整;而超微粉颗粒均匀,基本无完整细胞存在。结论:当归经超微粉碎后,粉末均质度明显改善,植物细胞破壁率明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To contrast the microscopic characteristics difference between ultramicro-powder and common grinding powder of Angelicae sinensis. Methods: Two kinds of powder were scanned by electron microscope and their biopharmacy microscopic characteristics were observed with microscope. Results: Nearly no complete cells existed in the powder after being ultramicro-porphyrizded under a microscope. Conclusion: After being ultramicro-porphyrizded, the powder of Angelicae sinensis is more uniformly distributed with greatly increased broken cell wall.更多还原
