【摘要】 目的:观察应用针刺方法治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效。方法:主穴是天柱、风池。配穴是完骨、玉枕、头维、率谷、昆仑。先针天柱、再针风池,根据痛疼放射部位选取配穴,强刺激,每天1次,10d为1疗程。结果:本组56例,痊愈51例,好转4例,无效1例。结论:针刺法治疗具有祛风散寒,通经活络,祛瘀镇痛的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy for occipital neuralgia. Method: Main points are Tianzhu and Fengchi and additional points are Wangu, Yuzhen, Touwei, Shuaigu, Kunlin. To puncture Tianzhu first, then Fengchi in combination of additional points selected in accordance with locations of pain radiated. Manipulation is performed by strong stimulation and the patients should receive one treatment daily with 10 days as one course. Result: Among 56 cases, 51 cases were completely cured; 4 cases got better and one case showed no effect. Conclusion: Acupuncture has an effect of removing wind and dispersing cold, clearing meridians and collaterals, eliminating stasis to relieve pain.更多还原
