【摘要】 目的 :研究山茱萸叶总DNA的提取方法。方法 :在传统CTAB提取法基础上 ,设计了几种山茱萸叶总DNA提取方案。结果 :采用优化改良的总DNA提取方法 ,从山茱萸叶片中提取的总DNA杂质少、质量好 ,RAPD扩增效果良好。结论 :该法可作其他含有多糖及多酚杂质的药用植物组织提取DNA的参考方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the extraction method of total DNA of Fructus Corni. Methods: to design several extraction plans on the basis of traditional method of CTAB. Results: With the new improved extraction method, the total DNA of Fructus Corni is less impure and good in quality and RAPD. Conclusion: The method can be a reference to extracting DNA of other medicinal plants with polysaccharide and polyphenol.更多还原
