【摘要】 目的 :探讨穴位贴敷治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机理 ,为临床应用提供科学依据。方法 :采用长期喂养 0 .0 2 %的氨水诱发大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎为动物模型 ,选取足三里、中脘穴进行穴位贴敷治疗 ,与口服胃苏冲剂进行对照 ,观察穴位贴敷对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜血流量、H+ 反弥散量及胃黏膜病理形态的影响。结果 :穴位贴敷可以改善胃粘膜血流量 ,降低H+ 反弥散量 ,其作用优于药物对照组。结论 :穴位贴敷对胃粘膜屏障确有保护作用 ,其作用可能是通过加强胃黏膜屏障功能 ,对抗胃黏膜损伤因子而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of point application in treating atrophic gastritis to provide scientific foundations for its clinical application. Methods: Rats with atrophic gastritis induced by taking 0.02% ammonia water were chosen as models and then point application was made on the acupoints Zu San Li and Zhong Wan. They were compared with the group taking Weisu Granule Preparation orally to observe its effect on the volume of blood flow, H + diffusing capacity and pathologic picture of gastric mucosa. Results: Points application could improve the volume of blood flow of gastric mucosa and lower H + diffusing capacity. Its effect was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Point application can protect gastric mucosal barrier, which results from improving the function of gastric mucosal barrier and preventing injury factors.更多还原
