对高校现行的大学生综合测评制度的调查分析
An Investigation Study of the Current Comprehensive Appraisal System of Undergraduates in Institutions of Higher Learning
【摘要】 目的 :分析高校现行的大学生综合测评制度对大学生个性心理的影响 ,建议完善该测评制度。方法 :根据学生在大学学习期间获奖学金的次数 ,将学生分为获奖组、普通组、非获奖组三组 ,通过 16PF测定结果分析 ,探讨大学生综合测评制度与大学生个性心理的关系 ,以此来断定高校现行的大学生综合测评制度能否有效的区分优秀学生。结果 :高校现行的综合测评制度不能有效区分优秀学生。结论 :建议完善大学生综合测评制度 ,把素质测评分为基础性素质和发展性素质两方面 ,采用平时考核、自评、互评、师评的方法 ,构建科学、合理的大学生综合测评制度 ,培养学生综合能力 ,促进学生个性心理发展
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the psychological influence of current comprehensive appraisal system of institutions of higher learning on the character of college students. Methods: College students were randomly divided into the exhibitioner group, the average group and the group with no scholarship to discuss the relationship between the system and the personality through analyzing 16PF assessing results. Hence it is judged whether the system is effective in selecting top students. Results: The system was not effective in selecting top students. Conclusions: It is argued that scientific and reasonable assessing system should be established to enhance the overall quality and the development of the personality of students by classifying quality assessment into basic quality and development quality combined with regular check-up, self-assessment, mutual assessment and assessment conduced by teachers.
