【摘要】 目的评价铝碳酸镁和多潘立酮联合治疗残胃炎的疗效及安全性。方法50例患者均给予铝碳酸镁1.0g,每d3次,多潘立酮10mg,每d3次,疗程4周。观察治疗前后临床症状缓解情况,胃镜下改变及药物不良反应。结果50例患者治疗20d后,临床症状均明显减轻,总有效率为100%。胃镜检查残胃炎症消退,食管黏膜充血水肿明显减轻,胆汁反流控制,未见明显不良反应。结论多潘立酮能减少胃胆汁反流,铝碳酸镁可结合胆汁酸,二者联合可有效缓解残胃炎的症状,是治疗残胃炎安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hydrotalcite combined with domperidone in treating partial gastritis. Methods Fifty patients were given hydrotalcite at the does of 1.0g 3 times a day for 4 weeks, domperidone at the dose of 10mg 3 times a day for 4 weeks. The severity of symptoms and changes were confined by endoscopy before and after the treatment and the side effects of the drug were investigated.Results The severity of all symptoms was greatly improved after the treatment for twenty days. The total efficiency was 100%. The acute inflammation of partial gastrectomy, hyperemia and edema of esophageal mucosa were greatly decreased. Bile reflux was controlled. No side effect was found.Conclusion Domperidone can decrease the gastric bile reflux and hydrotalcite can be combined with bile acid, and both are effective and safe in the treatment of partial gastritis.更多还原
