【摘要】 目的:探讨拳击性眼外伤对眼部及视力的损害。方法:对8年来我院收治的拳击性眼外伤208例237眼进行分析。结果:拳击性眼外伤均为打架斗殴时发生,多为青年男性,男∶女=5.5∶1,为多处眼组织受损,经治疗后大多数患者视力恢复较好。但仍有少部分遗留永久性损害,视力难以恢复。结论:拳击性眼外伤对眼部及视力构成急性或隐匿性威胁,强调注意观察眼底改变,以免贻误治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ocular and sight impairment caused by eye injury in boxing.Methods Two hundred and eight cases(237 eyes) of eye injury in boxing were analyzed.Results Eye injury in boxing all had bustup,especially in the young male.The ratio of male and female was(5.5)∶1.And most cases had multiple eye tissue injury.The sight instauration was better after treatment.But some had permanent lesion,and the instauration of sight was hard.Conclusion Eye injury in boxing to the ocular and sight is an a cute and concealed threaten.The change of the fundus must be paid attention.更多还原
