【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻源性疾病引起突眼症的原因及多发部位。方法:收集1998-2004年收治以突眼为主诉的患者30例,分析其发病临床特征、部位及疾病性质。结果:筛窦疾病是易引起突眼症的主要原因,以良性肿瘤为主。结论:对以突眼为主诉的患者,应积极排除鼻部的原因,以免延误治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the etiology and location of rhinogenous exophthalmos. Methods Thirty cases of rhinogenous exophthalmos were analyzed the clinical characterisitcs, location and dis- ease features from 1998 to 2004. Results Ethmoid sinus disease was the main cause of exophthalmos, which was mainly benign. Conclusion The rhinogenous factors should be excluded for the patients with the complaints of exophthalmos.更多还原
