【摘要】 目的:探讨老年高血压病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量的变化以及非洛地平对其影响。方法:用放免法检测40倒健康人(对照组)及60例高血压病患者(高血压病组)三型前胶原和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平;观察高血压病组经非洛地平治疗前后上述指标变化并与对照组进行对比。结果:高血压病组较对照组三型前胶原和血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显升高,高血压痛组用非洛地平治疗后三型前胶原水平显著下降,血管紧张素Ⅱ无明显变化。结论:高血压病患者心肌胶原合成活跃,非洛地平可降低血清三型前胶原水平,改善心肌胶原代谢异常,但对血管紧张素Ⅱ无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum pro-collagen Ⅲ(PC-Ⅲ) and angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) and intervention of felodipine in elder hypertension. Methods The serum levels of PC- Ⅲ and Ang- Ⅱ were measured in 40 healthy subjects and 60 patients with hypertension respectively by radiommunoassay,and effects of felodipine on these indexes were observed. Results The levels of PC- Ⅲand Ang-Ⅱ in serum in hypertension patients were increased significantly compared with control group. The levels of PC- Ⅲ were decreased significantly after treatment with felodipine in hypertension patients and Ang-Ⅱ had no change . Conclusion The collegen synthesized in myocardial is active,and the felodipine may decrease the levels of PC-Ⅲ in serum and improve the abnormal metabolism of myocardial collagen in hypertension patients.更多还原
