【摘要】 目的 :分析和总结脊柱损伤的MRI表现和诊断意义。方法 :80例脊柱外伤患者均作MRI检查。结果 :80例中颈椎 2 5例 ,胸椎 2 6例 ,腰椎 2 9例 ,其中包括椎骨骨折 ,椎体脱位 ,椎间盘突出 ,韧带损伤 ,脊髓损伤。结论 :通过MRI对脊柱损伤的观察和诊断既能明确的显示脊髓、韧带、椎间盘和椎旁软组织受损伤的细节 ,还能明确椎骨受伤的情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the manifestation and the diagnostic significance of MRI in spinal column injury.Methods Eighty cases of spinal column injury received MRI.Results In the 80 patients, 25 cases suffered from cervical vertebra injury, 26 thoracic vertebrae and 29 waist vertebrate, which included vertebral fracture, vertebral dearticulation, protrusion, ligaments injury and spinal cord injury.Conclusion MRI is the best method to diagnose spinal injury, and can help the clinical treatment.更多还原
