【摘要】 目的 :研究脂溢性角化病皮损组织中P2 1WAF1/CIP1和细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)表达和意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学SP法对 45例脂溢性角化病皮损组织及 2 0例正常皮肤组织中P2 1WAF1/CIP1和CyclinE表达进行检测。结果 :脂溢性角化病皮损组织P2 1WAF1/CIP1和CyclinE阳性表达率及表达强度均明显高于正常皮肤组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P2 1WAF1/CIP1和Cy clinE表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型均不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :P2 1WAF1/CIP1和CyclinE过度表达与脂溢性角化病的发生发展密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Cyclin E and P21 WAF1/CIP1 in seborrheic keratosis. Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and Cyclin E in 45 cases of seborrheic keratosis and 20 cases of normal control tissues. Results The over expression rates of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and Cyclin E in seborrheic keratosis were significantly higher than those of normal control tissues.The P21 WAF1/CIP1 and Cyclin E expression in seborrheic keratosis tissues had no relation to the patients’ age, gender and tumor pathological type (P>0.05).Conclusion The over expression of P21 WAF1/CIP1 and Cyclin E is closely related to the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis.更多还原
