【摘要】 目的:探索农村人才市场的需求与中医职业技术教育的发展趋势。方法:查阅文献、信访调查和访问调查。结果:我国农村对中医药人员的需求量较大,主要集中在本科、大专层次。中青年中医药人员中还有相当部分的学历和职称偏低,需要接受专科以上的学历教育。结论:我国的农村中医事业已有较大的市场基础,现行的学历教育和培训的内容与形式已不能适应农村中医药人员教育培训的需求。中医职业教育应积极推行教育的CBE模式;构建教育体系“立交桥”;实施双元制高职;发展STW模式,推行产学研相结合;积极发展高等中医职业教育;积极开展创业培训,实施“订单式教育”,适应人才市场需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the requirement of country talented man market and the development current on occupation and technology education of TCM.Method: Looking for literature,investigating by letter,visitation.Result: the TCM person,undergraduates from college and junior college of TCM,had a large requirement in my nation’ s country.Majority of the middle age and the young people were low title of technical post,need received the education up junior college.Conclusion: There ere larger market basis on TCM education in my nation’ s country,actual education and learning contents couldn’t fit for the necessary of education to county TCM person.Vocational education of TCM should adopt the CBE model actively,construct the crossroads of educational system,carry on the two kinds of style college education;develop the model of STW,practise the combination of product and teaching and research;actively develop high vocational education of TCM and start a career training,enforce the "order education" to adapt the market necessary.更多还原
