【摘要】 目的:观察三七吴茱萸流浸膏对异丙肾上腺素所致缺血心肌的保护作用。方法:采用异丙肾上腺素ISO致大鼠心肌缺血模型,应用酶标法观察吴茱萸三七流浸膏的治疗作用。结果:三七吴茱萸流浸膏能明显抑制异丙肾上腺素的大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性升高,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:三七吴茱萸流浸膏对异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the protective effect of SanqiWuzhuyu liquid extract on myocardial ischemia of big rats caused by Isoprenaline.Method: To adopt the Isoprenaline for setting up the model of myocardial ischemia,to apply enzme linked immunosorbent assay in observing the therapeutic effect of SanqiWuzhuyu liquid extract.Result: SanqiWuzhuyu liquid extract could obviously restrain the activity of CK and LDH of big rats caused by Isoprenaline,Compared with model group,the difference had a distinct significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: SanqiWuzhuyu liquid extract had a protective effect on myocardial ischemia of big rats caused by Isoprenaline.更多还原
