【摘要】 目的:建立玉清抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法,方法:采用薄层色谱扫描法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量,交叉点样,以正丁醇-醋酸乙酯-盐酸(831.5)为展开剂,喷以碘化铋钾试液,波长:λS=540nm,λR=700nm。结果:本方法线性关系良好(r=0.9995)。平均回收率为97.45%。相对标准偏差RSD为0.85%(n=2)。结论:本方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于玉清抗宫炎片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the method for determining content of Hydrochloric Acid Stephanine in Yuqing Risiting Pelvic Inflammatory Tablets. Method: TLC was used to determine the content of Hydrochloric Acid Stephanine, to use N-butanol-Ethyl Acetate-hydrochloric acid(831.5) as the developing tank, after that, spray platinum iodide Kalium, λ S =540nm,λ R =700nm. Result: the linearity was good with the method, (r=0.9995). Average recovery rate was 97.45%. RSD=0.85(n=2). Conclusion: the method is simple, stable, reliable, can be used for controlling the quality of Yuqing Risiting Pelvic Inflammatory Tablets.更多还原
