【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard of Bufei Kangfu pellet. Method:Fructus schizandrae,pericarpium citri reticulate and Glycyrrhizae uralensis were identified by TLC, and the content of astragaloside was determined by HPLC. Results: The TLC spots were fairly clear, the HPLC method showed good repeatability, and the average recovery of quercitrin was 96.90%, RSD=1.37%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, good reproducible, it can control the quality of Bufei Kangfu pellet effectively.更多还原
