【摘要】 目的:研究麻杏镇咳颗粒提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以苦杏仁苷含量作为提取工艺的考察指标,采用L9(3)4正交设计优选提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为加8倍量Ψ=80%乙醇浸渍1h,回流提取2次,第1次为2h,第2次为1h。结论:该提取工艺稳定、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the optimization extraction process of Maxing Zhenke Granules. Method: To use the content of amygdaioside as the examination target of extraction process. The L 9(3) 4 orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process. Results: The optimization process was adding 8 times amount of 80% alcohol for soaking 1 hour, refluxing for 2 times, first time 2 hours, second time 1 hours.
